Where greater protection is needed, XLPE foam provides better durability and meets class-A surface protection requirements. Available in a variety of densities and thickness, cross-linked foam is a common choice for maximum protection in various dunnage designs.

PU foam is also very flexible and used mainly to protect small electronic parts such as cameras, hard drives, power systems and electronic components during transport. A lot like PE foam, PU foam comes in many different sizes, densities, and colours. PU foam is available in convoluted and non-convoluted sheets.

There are a large varity Anti-static, ESD and Conductive material. PE, PU, Corrugated and Coroplast are available in Anti-static, ESD and/or Conductive.

Scoring can also be done to make the material easy to bend to your needs.
