High-density Polyethylene (HDPE): HDPE is increasingly popular when it comes to industrial packaging and this material is very easy to recycle. Available in a variety of colours, HDPE is a strong material that is resistant to chemicals, abrasions, and water. HDPE is easy to process and can be cut using our die presses or waterjet machinery. Scoring can also be done to make the material easy to bend to your needs.

Wood products can range from pallets, crates and parts for integrated design. A variety of wood products can be used; soft and hard wood, plywood, partical board, waferboard, etc.

100% recyclable, 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly, honeycomb makes a great alternative to traditional packaging. This highly durable and strong material is ideal for bulk packs and small, light electronics. Honeycomb can also be used to replace many wood products.

Corrugated products range from Regular Slotted Containers (R.S.C.) all the way to Partitions and die cut boxes. From Single Wall Corrugated to Triple Wall Corrugated in just about any size, and format. Corrugated can be used as outer protection or integrated into the packaging design.

Coroplast is a high-quality polypropylene twin-wall profile sheet. This durable material is used for returnable and sturdy packaging. Ideal for trays, boxes, partitions, ect. Coroplast sheets come in a variety of thickness and colours.

EPS is an inexpensive foam used for packaging. Available in a range of densities and can be cut into any sheet size required. Can be cut into a variety of shapes for dunnage or signage.

There are a large varity Anti-static, ESD and Conductive material. PE, PU, Corrugated and Coroplast are available in Anti-static, ESD and/or Conductive.

PU foam is also very flexible and used mainly to protect small electronic parts such as cameras, hard drives, power systems and electronic components during transport. A lot like PE foam, PU foam comes in many different sizes, densities, and colours. PU foam is available in convoluted and non-convoluted sheet

Where greater protection is needed, XLPE foam provides better durability and meets class-A surface protection requirements. Available in a variety of densities and thickness, cross-linked foam is a common choice for maximum protection in various dunnage designs.

PE foam is very flexible and used extensively in PTP Services packaging. With many different sizes, densities, and shapes, PE foam is easily converted into cushion packaging for our customer's products.
