PTP has created a variety of foam cushion packaging for our customers in the electronics industry. We use the best materials for the job depending on your business’s requirements.

For our customers who require protective packaging for smaller electronic components or completed units, we utilize open cell foams such as polyethylene (PE) or polyurethane foam (PU).

Polyethylene (PE) foam is used when creating foam cushion packaging. PE foam is available in a variety colours, sizes, and densities, making it easy to incorporate into a variety of packaging designs. For times when greater surface protection is required, we use polyethylene closed cell foam (XLPE) as it meets all class-A surface protection requirements and is moisture resistant.

Polyurethane foam (PU) foam provides maximum flexibility, cushioning, and protection for all of your electronic packaging needs. PU foam is available in convoluted and non-convoluted sheets.

PE and PU foams are available in anti-static, electrostatic dissipative (ESD), and conductive options to help safeguard your electronics and other sensitive products. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to make sure that all of your electronics arrive on time and intact.
