Industrial materials such as those in the automotive industry are often made from metal which sometimes require extra protection from abrasions and scuffs during transit. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a wonderful material to use in these situations.

Not only is HDPE extremely durable and easy to process, it comes in a variety of colours and is easily recyclable. This makes it a preferred packaging material for various industries, especially when it comes to reusable or returnable packaging.

Some of our customers required a packaging solution that allowed for metal parts to be separated from each other during transit while allowing for as many pieces to be shipped together at once. Our team came up with the perfect innovative solution which allowed for just that. HDPE can be scored for easy folding, allowing it to be transformed into sturdy and reliable partitions that can stand up to even the toughest materials.

PTP is able to cut HDPE products to our customers required specifications using our die and waterjet cutting technology. This allows for your unique and custom designs to easily be brought to life.
